I've been trying to set up Cacti to monitor my internet usage, but I can't seem to get it to get the correct data from my router. They may need a special MIB and may not respond to standard MIB requests -can you actually get to the devices from cacti, e.g. have you tried to snmp walk the devices from linux cli?įirst make sure that the switch is connected to the network and configure it with the network information. have you changed passwords? Netgear is notorious for shipping with buggy firmware. I have had success pulling info off of an fsm7352s in the past.
